As a Lead Generation Assistant, you will support the business development team by researching and identifying potential clients within the tech industry. Your focus will be on sourcing new leads, gathering relevant information, and creating comprehensive lists that can be used to drive outreach efforts. This role will allow you to develop your skills in lead sourcing, market research, and data analysis while contributing to the growth of the company.


Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough research to identify potential B2B clients within the tech industry using various online tools, databases, and social media platforms.

- Compile detailed lists of qualified leads, including key contact information, company profiles, and relevant industry data.

- Evaluate lead quality by analyzing company size, industry, and other key factors to ensure they align with the business’s target market.

- Utilize market research techniques to identify new business opportunities and trends within the tech sector.

- Assist in organizing and maintaining lead databases, ensuring the information is up-to-date and accurate.

- Work with the sales and marketing teams to provide insights on lead quality and contribute to the development of outreach strategies.

- Track and report on the progress of lead generation efforts, suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency.


Ideal Candidate:

- Strong research skills with the ability to identify and analyze potential clients within a specific industry.

- Comfortable using online tools, databases, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Crunchbase, etc.) to gather and organize data.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to manage and analyze lead data effectively.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Basic understanding of the tech industry and interest in B2B sales processes.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings in a clear and organized manner.
