Test websites and digital platforms; provide usability feedback to improve customer experience.

As a User Experience (UX) Tester, you will play a key role in helping our team evaluate and improve the usability of digital platforms and websites. By testing various user interfaces and providing insightful feedback, you'll assist in making sure that our products are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with customer needs. This is an excellent opportunity for students looking to gain practical experience in UX evaluation, user research, and product testing.

Responsibilities:

- Test websites, apps, and digital platforms across multiple devices (desktop, mobile, tablet) to evaluate usability.

- Perform user testing based on predefined scenarios, such as completing tasks or navigating the platform.

- Record your findings and document any issues or challenges encountered during testing, including navigation difficulties or confusing interface elements.

- Provide actionable feedback and suggestions on how to enhance the overall user experience, ensuring the platform is intuitive and user-friendly.

- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that your feedback is integrated into the design and development process.

- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, share insights, and help prioritize areas for improvement.

Ideal Candidate:

- Basic understanding of UX evaluation principles and methodologies.

- Ability to conduct user research and gather insights from your testing experience.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify usability issues.

- Excellent communication skills to document findings clearly and present actionable recommendations.

- Familiarity with digital product feedback processes and common tools used in UX testing (e.g., screen recording, feedback tools).

- A genuine interest in improving digital experiences and learning more about user-centric design.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Additional Qualifications:

- Previous experience with UX testing is a plus but not required.

- Knowledge of user research techniques such as surveys, interviews, or usability testing is an advantage.

- Experience using basic tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps, or prototyping tools is a bonus.

This experience-only role is perfect for students looking to build a career in UX design, product development, or digital marketing. By the end of this project, you'll have valuable hands-on experience in usability testing, user feedback collection, and UX improvement strategies - skills highly sought after in the tech and digital industries. Join us and help shape the future of our digital products!
