Support leadership with scheduling, inbox management, and administrative tasks.
As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the leadership team by handling a variety of administrative tasks, including managing schedules, handling inboxes, and providing general organizational support. This role offers a great opportunity for students looking to gain experience in virtual assistance, administration, and time management while working remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize calendars, scheduling meetings, and ensuring efficient time management for the leadership team.
- Monitor and organize incoming emails, prioritizing messages and handling simple inquiries or redirecting them as needed.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by leadership.
- Handle travel arrangements, accommodations, and other logistics as needed.
- Maintain and organize digital files and documents to ensure easy access and streamlined workflows.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects, including conducting research and preparing summaries or notes.
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate various activities, ensuring smooth operations.
